Having a projector bulb in the middle of your presentation or your screen that suddenly display the warning will be frustrating for you. But you do not need to be panic as long as you have the extra bulb available. By using your it, you can easily change the worn out bulb and then return your presentation quickly, with the brighter picture. Here is information that you can read in order to make easily removing the worn out bulb.

For the first step you need to turn off your projector and then let your old bulb cool for at least 10 to 20 minutes. After that you have to locate the bulb door and the compartment. They are normally located at the rear of your projector. Check the manual in order to confirm the location of the bulb.

For the second step, by using the screwdriver, you have to remove the security screws for the bulb. Then, remove the door and also use the clean soft cloth in order to handle the old bulb and also to clean the bulb compartment.

You should also disconnect your bulb from the compartment. Most of projectors usually use a quick disconnect bulb in order to install and also uninstall the bulb.

After that, install your new bulb by using the clean cloth. You have to make sure that you will not touch the nest bulb with your hands. Remember to always use the clean cloth in order to handle the bulb.

For the last step, you have to check the connections on the plug and also bulb compartment in order to make sure that all connections are secure. After that, install the compartment door and then tighten the screws. In doing this, you have to be sure not to over tighten. Turn on your projector in order to check and adjust the new bulb.
